I bought a figure from InsiderJoy and couldn’t be more satisfied. Customer service is fast via email, and they also have a Discord server (which I didn’t use, but others say works well). They respond quickly, send product photos, and offer rare and limited figures at very competitive prices.
The packaging was simple but effective, my figure arrived in perfect condition in about 2 weeks (I’m in Spain, and they ship from China). Shipping is affordable, and tracking is available through China Post via the Shopify app.
They always communicate in English, which makes the process clear and smooth.
I’d give their website a 7/10, mainly because it only shows stock photos. Actual product photos would build more trust. As for shipping options, I’d rate them 6/10 since you can’t choose the courier, it’s automated. In my case, the package arrived via Correos.
Overall, I highly recommend InsiderJoy if you’re looking for a safe and reliable place to get genuine figures, including hard-to-find ones. I’ll definitely buy from them again! 5 stars
