this was my first and only experience with insiderjoy, and it was a good one. the figure arrived a little over 2 weeks after i ordered, and while it arrived with some some errors (a lot of yellowing and paint transfer) this isn't too unexpected for an old and unopened figure; i've had many old figures with this issue. i'm not too disappointed, as other than that, she's very cute with no damages! of course, this can vary from figure to figure. i will very likely order again as i had no actual problems at all, and there's some figures in stock that i've been hunting for!! ☺️ the owner was also responsive and helpful when i raised a question regarding my order
