Return Policy

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received wrong or fake products, please contact us with images and unpacking vedio of the products within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue you a full refund.If products damaged during international shipping,We will provide partial compensation depends on the extent of damage,But we can not responsible for initial defect for brand new figures because we are not manufacturer and box is sealed,if we can not make arrangement with compensation amount,you can return the damaged figure to us with taking care of all cost of return,shipping cost and customs fee ship back to our warehouse in China,15% value of the item(s),then we will issue full refund to you

Order Cancel

If you want cancel order by personal reason,we can only provide 90% refund if the figure not ship out yet,can not cancel order if the figure has shipped out


Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as pre-ordered item can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.


Returns

Any approved return must be sent back to us within 7 days after delivery. we do not have service to provide return label,15% return fee of the ordered item(s) will be charged by customer side, the minimum fee being USD10. The customer is responsible for bearing all costs associated with the return.

Returns need to meet all of the following conditions:

  • All items must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition
  • New items must be factory sealed and unopened
  • All damaged items must be packed with original packing to avoid second damage during return transport
  • Returns have to be sent via registered mail
  • All items have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping
  • A print-out of the invoice must be included


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided using the tracking link for the customer to investigate.
