Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received faulty , or fake products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue you a full refund.If products damaged during international shipping,We will provide compensation or full refund depends on the extent of damage


Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as pre-ordered item can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceeds our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.


Returns

Any approved return must be sent back to us within 7 days after delivery. A 15% return fee of the ordered item(s) will be charged, the minimum fee being USD10. The customer is responsible for bearing all costs associated with the return.

Returns need to meet all of the following conditions:

  • All items must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition
  • New items must be factory sealed and unopened
  • Returns have to be sent via registered mail
  • All items have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping
  • A print-out of the invoice must be included


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided using the tracking link for the customer to investigate.
